Secruna is the compliance platform for organisations that build, procure, or operate AI systems. We turn slow, ambiguous regulatory text into a small set of plainly-worded rules, run them against your real estate of AI systems, and produce the artifacts auditors and counsel actually want to read.

The product ships against five regulatory frameworks: the EU AI Act, RICS professional guidance for chartered surveyors, the UK Defence AI Playbook, Defence Standard 05-138, and the UK Government Secure by Design programme. Each framework is a separate product subscription — buy the one you need, switch on more as your scope grows.

Where we are today

The shipped state at the time of writing is v0.11.29:

  • EU AI Act — live since 2026-08-02, 19 rules in production.
  • RICS — pack v1 complete (Plan 96), 5 rules covering AVMs, GIS-AI, generative AI report drafting, due-diligence extraction, and client chatbots. Eval F1 = 1.000 across all five.
  • UK Defence AI Playbook — in flight (Plan 99), 6 rules mostly shipped; marketing landing pending.
  • Defence Standard 05-138 — in flight (Plan 100, foundation work).
  • Secure by Design — deferred (Plan 101). Different shape: checklist plus maturity assessment, not a rule book.
